Overview
The worlds of voice and data networks are colliding with the continued growing adoption of Voice over IP (VoIP). Granular Troubleshooting Data
Using our application flow technology, Visual UpTime Select provides detailed performance information on each IP flow. For VoIP applications, Visual UpTime Select can provide the MOS, setup protocol, time duration and destination for each call. The solution also displays the phone number, IP address or host name of each party on the call. Visual UpTime Select allows administrators to scroll back in time to the time of the user compliant, facilitating faster, more accurate isolation and investigation of the issue.
